Charlotte was born in Antwerp in 1992. As a child she loved to draw and make up stories. With a great love for drawing she decided to study illustration at Sint Lucas Antwerp from which she graduated in 2014.

Meanwhile she works as a freelance illustrator in her studio located in the heart of Antwerp. She has worked for various clients such as Feeling magazine, Nest Magazine, Deep in the woods festival, DE Studio, Gate15, Mortierbrigade, Kop vzw, CANON cultuurcel, Uitgeverij De Eenhoorn and many more. Whenever she is not in her studio, she teaches illustration to the next generation.

Her illustrations are often described as poetic, sensitive and mysterious. She is inspired by the beauty and greatness of nature.

In October 2018 she illustrated her first children's book 'De boomhut van Niel' in collaboration with author Robbe De Vos. This debut was shortly after translated in French and Russian. A second book 'Kapitein Nemo', written by Winny Ang was released in April 2020.

Currently Charlotte is available for new projects, collaborations and interesting challenges.
